Payment

Payment for items purchased on this web site may be by postal order, cheque or cash. Items paid for by postal order or cheque will not be dispatched until payment has been cleared. Cheques should be made payable to Brian Winstanley. Neither Brian Winstanley or britishbirdart.co.uk or britishbirdart.com are registered for VAT. All prices shown exclude postage and packing charges, which will be levied separately at the rates shown on the site. Orders for pictures or cards exceeding £50 not including charges for postage and packing, may be free from postage and packing charges. All charges shown apply to transactions within the UK only. Brain Winstanley will be happy to quote for delivery outside the UK.

Delivery

All orders will be fulfilled within 28 days of the placing of your order. If, for some reason, we are unable to deliver the goods to you within this time then we shall contact you and arrange another time for delivery. If another delivery time cannot be agreed upon then we will offer you a full refund of any monies paid.

Cancelling and Returning an Order (distance selling regulations 2000)

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all products offered for sale on this web site. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where items have been damaged or defaced after delivery, or where the image in question has been subsequently copied for whatever reason. Items damaged upon delivery should be notified to us as soon as possible after delivery. Incomplete orders should be notified to us as soon as possible after delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged. Any such items must be returned to the address on our contact page.

Complaints

If you feel that items in your order are unsatisfactory, that we have made a mistake or have any other complaint then please contact us as soon as possible using one of the methods listed on our contact page. We will respond to all complaints within 72 hours, and usually within 24 hours. All customer details passed to use are kept confidential and not sold to or passed on to any third party for whatever reason.
